“META & BENELLI CONSORTIUM” IS ESTABLISHED

The Metal-mechanical company takes off from Cologno al Serio together with the Roman Itp Benelli to go and get Myanmar by storm by creating and installing two modular refineries following two orders amounting in 1,5 billion dollars and a joint venture with Silver Wave Energy, a multinational oil company.

This is the challenge to be faced by from Cologno al Serio: moving 8.400 km from home to create and install two modular refineries in Myanmar. The Italian company, with a global turnover of 1,5 million euros, is going to head to South East Asia with the Roman Itp Benelli to give life to a joint venture with Silver Wave Energy, a local multinational oil company.

Meta Carpenteria Group established with Itp Benelli, a company specializing in the manufacturing of equipment and components for the oil & gas industry, the Meta & Benelli consortium, which shall control the 49% of the future joint venture: the remaining 51%, instead, shall be assigned to Silver Wave Energy CEO, Mr. Minn Minn Oung, who will consequently become the patron of the newborn company.

The two orders placed are worth 1,5 billion dollars, 750 million dollars each: the two plants are going to be built over an area of about three hectares each, and have been designed to meet the most rigorous European safety standards and to reduce the environmental impact to the minimum, while ensuring a capacity of 10 thousand barrels a day.

The aforementioned Italian companies have been selected for their expertise in the field, and have planned to deliver the plants by the end of 2017 and to double their capacity starting from 2020.

The joint venture operating in Myanmar, is going to be officially established on October 20 in Singapore: a new adventure which will take Meta Carpenteria Group outside the regional borders enabling them to access the global market and to obtain some benefits also on the local territory.
